We need at least 3 days to find the right course and confirm everything, so the earliest date you can choose is 3 days from today (Japan time). Hoping to play sooner? Email us at [email protected] and we'll let you know if we can help — we can't promise a booking at short notice.

Extras you'd like us to arrange

Before you send this — three things we don't do

  • We don't arrange transport to the course. We will tell you the best way to get there — train plus taxi, the club's own shuttle bus, or a rental car — and put the times and directions in your written guide. But we don't book cars or drivers.
  • We don't book hotels. Happy to suggest which area to stay in for the courses you're playing, but the booking is yours to make.
  • Evening golf isn't realistic in Japan. Floodlit rounds are almost unheard of at full courses — tee times run in daylight hours.

No payment now. Our service fee is ¥6,000 (about US$40) per player per round, or ¥8,000 per round if you're booking for one player (for enquiries received on or after 1 November 2026) — you'll get an itemized quote by email and decide from there. Free cancellation up to 14 days before your tee time.
