Inquiries are handled by email in English and Japanese. - Service
- Golf tee time reservation assistance for visitors to Japan. Transport support is limited to introductions to a partner hire-car provider; we do not operate transport or provide travel-arrangement services. Reservations are subject to course acceptance and availability.
- Fees
- Submitting a request is free. Our booking service fee is ¥6,000 per player per round, tax included — covering the tee time reservation, rentals/caddie arrangement, and a written English day-of-play guide (PDF). Green fees and on-course charges are separate and quoted in writing before you commit. For multiple rounds, the same service fee applies per player per round. No hidden charges. Fees are charged in Japanese yen; ¥6,000 is about US$40, and the amount shown on your card statement depends on your card issuer's exchange rate.
- Payment
- Service fees are payable in advance by credit/debit card (Stripe). Green fees and on-course charges are paid directly to the golf course.
- Cancellation
- Before we book: after you pay the service fee, we contact the course and confirm the final price with you before booking. If we cannot secure the tee time, or you decide not to go ahead at the confirmed price, the service fee is refunded in full.
Cancellation by you: if you cancel at least 14 days before your tee time, the service fee is refunded in full. Within 14 days of the tee time, the service fee is non-refundable (this also applies once a booking made within 14 days of play is confirmed). Any cancellation charges set by the golf course are separate and are shown in your quote.
Course closure: where a course closes play (weather or course circumstances), the service fee for the affected booking is refunded in full. - Course photos
- Photographs of golf courses remain the property of their respective clubs and are credited with links. Rights holders may contact us for amendment or removal at any time — seeour photo policy.

- ゴルフ場の予約代行。予約可否はゴルフ場の受入条件と空き状況によります。 送迎については提携ハイヤー事業者の紹介のみで、当社のサービスとして送迎や旅行手配を請け負うものではありません。
- 販売価格
- 予約代行サービス料：6,000円（税込）／プレーヤー1名・1ラウンドあたり。
ゴルフ場のプレー代金等の実費は含まれず、お見積もり時に書面でご案内します。実費はゴルフ場へ直接お支払いいただきます。 - 代金の支払方法・時期
- クレジットカード決済（Stripe）による前払い。お見積もり合意後にご請求します。
- サービスの提供時期
- 入金確認後、速やかに予約手配を行い、確定内容をメールでご案内します。
- キャンセル・返金
- 【予約前】サービス料のお支払い後、ゴルフ場に確認のうえ確定料金をお伝えしてから予約します。予約を確保できなかった場合、または確定料金でお客様が取りやめる場合は、サービス料を全額返金します。
【お客様都合のキャンセル】プレー日の14日前までのキャンセルはサービス料を全額返金します。14日前を過ぎた後は返金できません（プレー日の14日前を過ぎてからのお申し込みは、予約確定の時点から返金対象外です）。ゴルフ場が定めるキャンセル料は別途で、お見積もりに明記します。
【ゴルフ場のクローズ】ゴルフ場都合・悪天候によるクローズの場合、当該予約のサービス料は全額返金します。
